COACHES,
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO OVER THE RULES:
1. Player(s) "MUST" played HALF OR MORE games to participate in the playoffs. Coaches MUST have score books in handy to verify and avoid any conflicts or issues in case of a protest.
Ex. 10 game schedule, 5 or more games
2. "PLAY" means, physically, play on the field by batting and playing defense. There is no substitutions.
3. Coaches could add players until the half of the season.
Ex. 10 game schedule, until the 5th game.
Protest:
If an ineligible player(s) is caught, protest could be done as follows:
1. When exchanging lineups, the ineligible player(s) will be taken out from the game, including the manager/ head coach. Due to the fact, he is aware of it. The game WILL STILL BE PLAYED.
2. During the game, the game & time will be stopped. After verifying, the team who protested wins by forfeit due to the damage that has already been done.
3. After the game is over, the same result, BUT IT MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE CHIEF UMPIRE (PLATE UMPIRE) STEPS OUT FROM THE FIELD.
Protest fee: NO FEE
PLAYER CANNOT PLAY WITH 2 DIFFERENT TEAMS ON THE SAME DIVISION. ONLY IN DIFFERENT DIVISIONS. EX. 10u and 12u divisions.
