COACHES,

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO OVER THE RULES:

1. Roster player(s) "MUST" play either the 1st pool game or the second pool game in order to play the bracket games. If not the player(s) is consider ineligible player.

2. "PLAY" means, physically, play on the field: by batting at least once a bat and by playing defense at least 3 outs. There is no subs.

3. Coaches, please advise parents or player(s) to have in handy "ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE".  NO COPIES OR PICTURES OR ANY IMAGE(S) OR ANY OTHER IDENTIFICATION in a case of a protest.

4. Please have your score books in handy.  Also verify yours scores after every inning to avoid any conflicts or issues.

Protest:

What is ineligible player? Player did not played either the first pool game or the second pool game and/or did not meet the age chart.

If an ineligible player(s) is caught, protest could be done as follows:

1. When exchanging lineups, the ineligible player(s) will be taken out of the game from the game, including the manager/ head coach. Due to the fact, he is aware of it.  The game WILL STILL BE PLAYED.

2. During the game, the game & time will be stopped.  After verifying, the team who protested wins by forfeit due to the damage that has already been done.

3.  After the game is over, it is the same result, BUT IT MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE CHIEF UMPIRE (PLATE UMPIRE) STEPS OUT FROM THE FIELD.

Protest fee $150.00 only cash

*If you win the protest, the money will be returned back.  If you lose, half of it goes to the player being protested, and the other half goes to the tournament due to the game delay.

*Submit your team's roster with tournament registration fee tournament roster to the concession stand or with the director(s). 

*Roster is due: If you play on Saturday, Friday before 11:59pm.  If you play on Sunday, Saturday before 11:59pm. 

*PLAYER(S) CANNOT PLAY WITH 2 DIFFERENT TEAMS ON THE SAME DIVISION ONLY DIFFERENT DIVISIONS.
